Due Diligence/Status of Entitlements
Assist the design team and owner to ensure entitlements are in place to begin construction. Including but not limited to;

Owner's Representative
Represent owner at meetings with the AHJ, design team and general contractor.
Site Plan
Ensure that development is in compliance with AHJ and submit revisions as necessary throughout construction.
Building Plans
Building Permit submittal and management
Easements
Confirm easement locations and agreements to be recorded. Coordinate through owner, legal counsel and appropriate authority agency.
Coordination of Utilities

Civil Drawings Coordination
Coordinate with civil engineer to obtain required approvals for development; including but not limited to:
SFWMD, Health Dept. and DEP.
Construction Coordination
Attend pre-application meeting with AHJ and general contract/sub-contractors. Attend Owner & Contractor meetings as necessary. Coordinate drawing revisions with design team and coordinate with general contractor. FF&E Coordination
